Looking for respectful roommate!

Hi! I’m renting out a room in my newly renovated house in El Monte. $ a month plus utilities split. I’m looking for someone who is a working individual that is quiet and respectful. The room is spacious with a large closet and two windows that provide nice natural light. There is a bathroom you can access directly next to the room. I have an indoor cat and a dog so please, no additional pets allowed. Plenty of parking available on the street, it’s nice quiet neighborhood. Please let me know if you have any questions!
