Dual master in Carmel Mountain

Description

I have a second bedroom in a lower level dual master condo in Carmel Mountain Ranch. Not the main master, but has private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. Water and parking is included in rent. Laundry in unit. My roommate is moving closer to family, so I am looking for someone to take her room. No smoking and no pets. Overnight guests fine as long as they are also respectful of shared space and keep reasonably quiet. I’m and a working professional. I am out of the house a lot and tend to keep to myself, but always open to have wine night or cook dinner together. I enjoy hiking and brunch and happy hour. Always down to try a new restaurant or brewery. Dog mom to a cute 4-year old Frenchie.
