Room for rent

Hello my roommates and I are looking for 1 person to rent out our last room (preferably a female) in a bathroom house. At the
moment there are three of us 2 females and one male . We also have four dogs a dog lover would be appreciated. This house is very spacious and the room that is being offered for rent is very spacious as well.

The renting price for the room is $ as well as the deposit $ so you are looking at $ for the first month and deposit. I am willing to work on the price with you if you are interested.

The house is a two story house room is located up stairs.

Washer and dryer are located in the house all communal areas are available to use. Full kitchen at your use as well a living room and patio.

We do ask for a person who is clean and is helpful at the house.
