Roommate wanted ASAP

Description

Our current roommate is leaving our bathroom place for military so starting a search. Utilities will be included in the price of rent to make things simpler and the rest of the house is furnished already. New person will have to use off street parking but there is plenty of spaces. Looking for down to earth roommate that will respect the common areas of the house and be on time with rent. Hmu if you have any questions for me or about the house. For pets the landlord says Cats only!
