A little about the apartment:
Lovely apartment in Swords, just off North Street in Swords village (about a 3 minute walk to K), it’s fairly quiet and quaint, despite the proximity. The apartment is SQ Metres, 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms.
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine (pods) and all mod cons.

There’s a little balcony with a table and chairs too, for the less rainy days

More on the location:
—> minute stroll to the Pavillions SC, a huge amount of coffee shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.
—> minute walk to the estuary
—> 5 minute walk to bus stops.
—> About a 9 minute to Swords Express
—> Gated car space can be negotiated

Offering:
I am hoping to rent a bedroom to a nice person. The bedroom has recently been painted, new flooring. There is a double bed (brand new mattress), a TV (a sky box can be negotiated) and access to the main bathroom. This will essentially be used solely by you, but if guests come over for a coffee they might use it too.

A little more info:
The apartment is owner occupied by me. I work full time (Mon-Fri).
I’m open to dropping the price for someone who only needs to stay Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs.
