Looking for a Roommate in Jamaica, Queens!

Hi, my name is Aaron Jones, and I’m searching for a roommate to move in with me and my current roommate in our newly renovated apartment. If you think you’d be a good fit, feel free to call or with any questions!

Location: Jamaica, Queens
We’re close to plenty of buses and just a few blocks from the J and E trains. Nearby schools include York College, as well as several high schools. Street parking is available.

The Space:

• 3 bedrooms (2 already occupied)
• Room 2 available: ”, comfortable for 2 people
• Built-in closet
• Window
• Space for an AC unit (you’ll need to bring your own AC)

The apartment is unfurnished at the moment, but I’ll be bringing furniture for the common areas. You’ll just need to furnish your bedroom (bring your bed, etc.).

Shared Amenities:

• Living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom
• TV, Netflix, gaming system, Wi-Fi (on me)
• First Aid Kit available in case of any emergencies.
• Bonus: I have a car and can help with errands when available! If you’re trustworthy and have a driver’s license (or permit, if you want to drive while I’m with you), you can even use my vehicle.

Rent:

• Price is negotiable!
• Discount for students!

House Rules:

• No noisy pets (cats, dogs, frogs, etc.) or insects.
• No smoking on or around the premises.
