New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, hardwood floors, reserved parking spot out front, washer & dryer is new, bathrooms, located in a dead end, quiet and safe neighborhood

Must be extremely friendly because I smoke inside a lot. So looking for a super relaxed person and who isn’t uptight

Looking for someone who maybe travels light. The garage is claimed and there isn’t a lot of room for storage. I do have an extra mattress if that is something you think you might need

I’m intelligent, fun, eccentric and unfortunately pretty responsible. I have a dog and he’s small and chill. We can chat and be friends or I can leave you alone, however I do lose my phone a lot so you will have to help out there. I’m here for a good time, not a long time. If you’re a delinquent that’s a plus!

Looking for a month to month with at least a two month commitment

I’ve had traveling nurses and other people stay with me before so I get it and I sometimes too travel for work as well
