year old professional looking for a respectful, clean and compatible roommate to rent a fully furnished carpeted bed room w/private bathroom in townhouse. Room is furnished with solid oak Ethan Allen bedroom set, and has a walk in closet, along with large window view.

Spacious shared common areas include a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room, large open tv/living room with gas fireplace, a newly added on backyard porch with Weber grill, and upper laundry area with in unit washer/dryer.

This would be a 6 month lease, that would continue as a month to month . Prefer similar aged roommate who does not work from home/remote.
