You also get access to the pool & cabana area in the complex. You will share the house with 2 other professionals who work in the Fort Lauderdale area. Common areas include: kitchen, living, dining, laundry, and outdoor patio. Your bathroom is shared with one female roommate and includes a private vanity room with sink and storage and a shared bath/toilet. The community is very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing.
