Room for rent

Hi Everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease by mid November- early December (flexible on date). You would have your own room with a walk in closet as well as your own section of the bathroom. (It's a Jack and Jill set up). The current roomie has the master bedroom so for rent it would be $ for the secondary room + bathroom. Overall is $ a month. SMUD ranges from $ per person/ month and WiFi is $/month. Parking is free here and there's lots of it. However, you can request shaded parking for an additional charge at the leasing office if you'd like.
The apartment complex is an adult community so there's not a lot of kids running around here. We get a lot of wildlife here like turkeys and squirrels because we're right in front of the American River trail.
