My boyfriend and I want to move into a bigger place in November and would like to add a person to the lease. We do not have a place yet, but are open to most parts of Sac excluding midtown. We have 2 cats so preferably no more pets. We are clean, quiet, do not smoke, and do not have people over often and would prefer roommates that live similarly.
