Seeking a room in a quiet residence

I’m years old — I am extremely clean and quiet. Noise is difficult to handle due to noise sensitivity. I prefer solitude over socialization. I live a generally healthy lifestyle and am currently rebuilding my life after consecutive illnesses. I am not into partying, drinking, or smoking and prefer a roommate with a similar perspective and lifestyle. I am self employed FT, exploring new opportunities (entrepreneurship), and intend to resume with college, for a degree in Math, once my residency status lowers tuition rates. I will gladly undergo a background check but cannot pass a credit check however I can and will, if requested, happily provide references.
