Sublet my private room

Description

I am looking for someone to sublet my room at Campus Pointe for the spring semester (January - July ).
The room is located in a bathroom apartment, that is only for girls and is currently inhabited by two other fantastic girls.
It is fully furnished and has a large living area, a laundry room with washer and dryer. The room is also fully furnished and has a private bathroom.
The apartment is close to the Kent State University campus and PARTA bus stop is right outside the house.
The community of Campus Pointe also offers a lot of amenities for residents, such as gym, pool and parking.
Monthly rent is $. Electricity, sewer and water not included.
The room is available from January 1st to July .
