This is a two bedroom apartment in phase 2 at the Lodges of East Lansing. I am renting out one room in the apartment. The duration is from May - August . During your lease time the other tenant will not be living in the apartment. The second bedroom will be locked however, you will have full private access to your bedroom, and the common area (kitchen/living room) for the full length of your lease. The apartment comes furnished, including washer and dryer in unit, Wi-Fi included, full kitchen, including garbage disposal and stainless steel kitchen appliances, new hardwood floors, walk-in closet, curved shower rod, sectional couch, end table, TV stand, two barstool chairs, queen sized bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, side table, and dresser. Apartment complex amenities include: minute interval shuttle to Michigan state campus Monday through Friday, spacious parking, dog park, pool and hot tub, workout facility, free printer, study areas and more.
