I have an unfurnished one bedroom private bathroom I’m renting preferably to someone seeking a short term rental for at most 3 months (may be renewed if no problems arise) I’d prefer a non-work from home as I already work from home, the space is best fit for a male.Also I’d prefer someone who’s able to atleast cope with smoke smells as my significant other smokes when here (mostly on balcony, I clean daily along with having Air purifiers) I want someone who has minimum visitors as this is a rental for one person & NOT 2, A guest is allowed not exceeding a certain time frame if exceeded an additional fee of $ is required. Rent is $ monthly & a security deposit of $ is required which will be FULLY REFUNDED prior to moving out long as space isn’t damaged. This includes utilities (water, internet, gas & light). The location of the apartment is in Stone Mountain & is available for virtual & in person tours. Message me for your new home.
