Looking for Room or Roommate!

Moving out on the th of November and looking for a new place to call home, preferably in the Scottsdale or Paradise Valley area! Would prefer to move into an existing room, but I wouldn't mind applying with another person looking either.

I work from home as a game producer and startup owner, so a decently sized room is a must for me. I'll spend most of my time there so you won't really see me in common areas like a living room unless you want to be my friend as well :) . I'm friendly and respectful and love to get to know others if that's what you'd like, but i will be as quiet as you want too.
