Room is unfurnished but the common area is furnished as well as the balcony so you would have access to use my furniture. Included in the price of rent are cable, water, sewer, and trash. Complex offers free tennis and yoga lessons as well! As far as utilities, you will only be for half of the internet and half of the electricity bill. Utilities cost will be discussed. As far as parking, one carport would be shared but open parking is also available in the complex. You will also receive 1 guest pass. Apartment complex has a clubhouse (with coffee, free wifi, study area and t.v.) pool, gym (2 floors), tennis courts, several laundry rooms on and is conveniently located near Orange Coast College and centrally located to Harbor Blvd.,
security onsite and management is friendly and helpful. Apartment is less than a mile from Sprouts Vons, Target, CVS, Wells Fargo, Starbucks, Habit Burger, boba, sushi, Nektar, Chronic Tacos, and many eateries. All are a walkable distance.
