Private Bed/Bath for Rent

Hi! We’re looking for a third roommate to move into the third bedroom of our house in the City Park
area.
We’re two young professionals, Anisha () and Kelly (). We like to hang out with friends, have fun, and occasionally have people over for get togethers. We each have a dog, both are very sweet and friendly, but we are not looking to add anymore pets to the household. Rent is $ plus utilities and wifi. The room is downstairs with a large window and has its own private full bathroom, with access to a semi-private finished basement.
We’re looking for someone who’s respectful, keeps common areas clean, is comfortable with dogs who shed, does not have any pets, and is okay with having people over occasionally.
