hi there everyone!!
My name is Enrique but my friends call me kurly f looking for a roommate to fill a room in a bath for October in the Capitol Hill area. Right next door to a grocery store *shoutout king soopers* and multiple cafés and restaurants. Super awesome convenient and vibey spot for $/month with Cheesman park only being 2 blocks down.
I serve tables at a restaurant in the neighborhood and also produce music, i work a lot as much as i can but do enjoy spending time at home when off. I don't have any pets and am not opposed to them, LGBTQIA+ friendly and super convenient laundry unit access. The living room and kitchen is already mostly furnished but you are super welcome to add to it and make it feel like you're home too!
