Apartment (room) available in Glendale available asap (move in next week). Due to a personal situation I’m trying to find a sublease for my room to leave Colorado.
Apartment has a year old girl living inside already whom is almost never home, she’s quiet, she’s nice, she minds her own business… (if you’re vegetarian, that’s best).
Apartment/grounds include but not limited to:
Pool, courtyard, gas fireplace at the pool, a dog park, in-home fireplace, washers/dryers on every floor, a Mountain View from what would be your room, and more+.
This is in Glendale CO, and your half of rent would roughly be ish depending on utilities per month.
