Subleasing bathh

Hey! I'm Gracie and I live with my roommate, Kelvin, we're both currently in school, looking for someone around our age. You will be subleasing the third room until our lease ends on July . We have a welcoming home and hope to find someone who values privacy and respect. We are located a close minute drive from the universities in Denton.

The common areas include a furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for your things, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. We don’t have any pets, but if you have a pet they will need to be approved by our landlord. We have been splitting all of the living essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc 3 ways, but this is just an option.
