Females only - large bath

Description

Looking for Female housemate:

There will be 3 females total- the first two (which includes me) have our own bathrooms.

Renting 1 other bedroom (shared bath - $) but almost like your own.
Plus a hundred cleaning fee.
Includes all utilities and internet.

Freshly painted Installing wood look-alike porcelain tile. There are 2 baths on one side of the house and an in-law suite on the other side (that I occupy).

There will be 3 TV areas - den, original Living room and the big room in the in-law suite.
There are 4 refrigerators- one for each of us and a spare.

Plenty of parking in the front driveway-no juggling of cars. I will be parking from the alley.

I have a dog and a cat - both hypoallergenic but both shed.

NO other animals to occupy the house.
NO smokers and not friendly (I have licenses I cannot jeopardize).
You have a job outside of the house with traditional hours- 1st shift.

Me: female- semi retired, friendly but keep to myself.
I have been renting rooms for about decades and used to living with others,
Respecting your space etc.
