Hi! Looking for someone to take over my Huntington Beach apartment lease in October or November. Rent is $ befor utilities. Beach is a .2 mile walk from apartment and you will have a roommate. It is a bath townhouse style layout. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and the living room and kitchen is downstairs. The roommate who is staying does have a cat but it is super friendly and so is she. The apartment complex provides parking, you will have your own designated space, 2 pools, a dog park, a fitness center, a pool table, and the location is unbeatable. It is walking distance from Downtown Huntington Beach and it is right next to a shopping center with a grocery store and lots of great restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished, so you would just have to move into your room and bathroom!
