Hey, hey! I’m looking for a new roomie (female) to sublease & lease my ba with me.
My current roommate is looking to move out as soon as mid-October, so I’m ideally seeking someone who will is a) interested in subleasing for the rest our original lease {October to February th} and b) looking to stay & sign a new year lease once the original lease ends.

- Price: $ per month with an additional $/per month for utilities/wifi.

You would have the spacious guest suite as I currently occupy the master. The living area and patio are fully furnished. In house washer/dryer. Rooftop pool (my favorite spot) and fitness studio access. Come join me in the heart of DTATL!
