2 rooms available in Kensington apt

I'm applying to this beautiful bathroom, 2 balcony apartment in Kensington and am looking for two roommates to move in Oct.1 (earlier is possible, move in date flexible). The two rooms available are about ft each (can fit queen or full bed) with a window and spacious closet. The two roommates would share a bathroom. I would take the larger room with private bathroom. The apartment has a beautiful sunny spacious living room with a balcony, a dishwasher and washer/dryer unit as well as basement storage (including bike storage). Rent includes all utilities (gas and electric) except wifi and a dedicated parking space. I have a lot of furniture to furnish the apartment but open to furniture and decorations that other roomates have.

The apartment is located near the B/Q Cortelyou Rd stop and F Ditmas Ave stop. There's a nice strip of restaurants and stores on Cortelyou Rd and it's about a minute walk to Prospect Park. Looking for roommates who are conscientious, communicative, clean and are down to share in house responsibilities. Also looking for folks okay with cats since I am hoping to adopt a cat soon. Open to if roommate has own cat too.
