- Bills (electricity) - between $ a month/ person
- Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home, as I whf, and it’d be a bit crowded😁
- Someone who likes to keep common spaces clean

The apartment is amazing, beautiful views of the river and pools, huge balcony, and very bright. It has this resort-like vibe which I’m sure you’ll fall in love with, like I did!
