Available office room to share included, which I no longer use during the week since returning to working in the office. Designated parking spot in driveway. Furnished room is optional, pets are welcome on a case by case basis, there are doggie doors installed for pets if needed. Onsite laundry (washer and dryer) as well as treadmill open for use (I plan on buying more gym equipment over time). Deposit is same amount as rent. 6 month lease, then month to month arrangement.
