Hi! I am looking to sublease 1 room in a bath apartment on Ross Street on East Campus. Only toilet and shower are shared (you will have your own sink and vanity). Parking is free. It's close walking distance from Mizzou and University Hospital. Sublease starting mid December (you could move in before going home for winter break!!) The three other rooms are occupied by ladies that are seniors at Mizzou. All three are hard working and are balancing school and work, but also know how to relax and have fun! They are great as roommates and even better as friends! Rent is plus utilities. Bed, dresser, and nightstand could be included if needed! Lets talk!
