Hey everyone, my current lease is ending on October , and my roommate is moving out. I’ve renewed the lease for another year because this apartment is honestly the best place you’ll find at this price—it’s amazing, and that’s why I’m staying!
I’m looking for a new roommate to take over the master bedroom in this bath apartment in The Quincy (), a luxury building in downtown Denver.
About the Apartment:
Master bedroom available with a private attached bathroom
Spacious shared living room, kitchen, and a huge balcony with stunning city skyline views
Rent for the master bedroom is $ + utilities (utilities are around $ per person, covering WiFi, water, sewer, trash, electricity)
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for complete privacy
Honestly, for the price and all the amenities, it’s a steal! Because I’m a returning resident, we’re $ for the entire apartment—if you were to get this apartment now, it would be $ for the same unit(with the skyline views from the balcony), so we’re getting a great deal!
