Two connected bedrooms with bath

Couple in early- mid twenties looking for either two people comfortable with having a door connecting their room or just one person. the door connecting the rooms can lock from either side as well. ill take more pics of the bathroom but I installed curtain rods and a new faucet with a detachable shower head attached to the angles ceiling (the most like a real shower i could make it🤣) ummmmm I love cute holiday decorations, keeping things relatively neat, cold ac, and my cute dog! he loves other dogs and would probably be fine with a cat but we would have to see.
I need to take more pics but there is a huge fenced in back yard and big front yard. really big back porch upstairs and downstairs, our room and the bigger of the two room available have access to the porch, as well as one in the upstairs hallway. parlor with a pool table, couches, darts, and a bar. we leave a party! weed smoker on the porch only. let me know if youre interested in meeting or for more pics! you will need to sign a lease with roberts realty! available November or December for a year lease! if you just want one room, we can see about finding someone for the other room and of course the rent will be cheaper!
