Hello, I currently have a room available in my bathroom home. The room is a private room, with a shared bathroom..

There are 2 current tennants. A gal in her mid s (whom has the master) and another guy in his mid s.

This is a quiet home and not a party home and it will remain that way. The occasional drink is great and a good way to build relationships with the fellow roommates.

The home has plenty of parking, a yard and a pool.

The rent is $ a month, plus utilities (split between all house mates)
