Hi There! I am renting one of my master bedrooms in my brand new, spacious, three-story house located in the Spring Valley / Enterprise area. The room is on the 1st floor of the house, while the rest of the rooms are on the 3rd floor, so you will have extra privacy. Has a huge walk in closet and private bathroom, and has never been lived in before

The room will also be unfurnished.

The cross streets are Buffalo and Rainbow and there are tons of great restaurants, Walmart and a Sam's Club close by.

We're also less than minutes to Durango Casino and under minutes to the Las Vegas Airport, perfect for anyone who travels often.

There is street parking, and the front door uses a keypad lock, so you won't have to worry about bringing a physical key around.

We also have a security system to make sure the house is safe and secure.

You'll be living with 3 roommates, we're all working professionals and looking for someone quiet, clean, and respectful to be our 4th roommate.
