Looking for a roomate - private room for rent in downtown Waynesboro. $ per month includes rent, water, and internet. Gas and electricity to be billed monthly (less than $).

The room has its own closet and gets great light. You are welcome to use the bed shown or bring your own, but only a twin can fit in the space. I already have a few sets of sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.

Everything else is shared. Bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc. There's a basement that can be used for storage. Washer and dryer are located upstairs. There's also a front porch, back deck, garden, and off street parking.
