Private Room and Bathroom

Description

You will have your own bathroom and room upstairs. I do use the other room upstairs for work. I have two dogs who are set in their ways, so no other animals please. You have access to shared spaces (kitchen, furnished patio, living room). This is a short-term rental. We can discuss length and what works best for us both. Rent does not include utilities. The neighborhood is new and quiet.
