Graduating this upcoming December and have my room in a 4 person Epoch townhome available for sublease. Room comes with a bed (bed frame and mattress), desk with chair, and 2 storage containers. Any furniture in the room is negotiable as well!
Rent is generally $ a month, but I will cover a portion of it each month. (Electricity is covered up to $ of usage, all other utilities are included). The room is available until July st.
My old roommates are really cool and easy to get along with, everything in the common area downstairs is situated so you don't need to bring anything like plates/silverware.
