Room Own Bath bills included

Hello, me and my gf are renting our spare room in our condo with restroom. Female only she doesn't want to live with another guy. It will be available at the end of September. The current roommate leaves then.

All bills are included in the price. The restroom is private but must be cleaned regularly as it's the one people would use if they come over we would never use it. 1gb Internet large tv with subscriptions that can be used In the living room when we are not using it. We do occasional game nights and have a drink or two. Some parking is available in the condo area but if full it's unlimited street parking second walk from the front door. This place is walking distance to the gym food bus stop coffee.

This place is mins from downtown Tempe. 8mins from Downtown Phoenix. mins from old town Scottsdale. 8 mins from the airport. Perfect location in central Phoenix.

Unfurnished! Bathroom has stuff pictured but you can decorate how you want.
