Sublet Starting Spring

Hey I am looking for a girl to sublease starting Spring , ideally someone for summer too! I just decided I am graduating in December, so looking for a girl to sublease a room in a HOUSE (about min walk to campus, b (will share a bathroom with one other girl), pictures below) starting in January . Roommates are the nicest people ever and clean, there is an adorable cat that never strays far from the owners room (I am allergic and have no issues with the cat), huge outdoor space, parking spot included, washer & dryer included, and $ a month + utilities. Let me know if you are interested! House is furnished and bedroom can come furnished or not furnished you decide.
