We are looking for a young guy that needs a place to live. 2 rooms are available in the house as of guys 🙂
The house is in Eden Prairie,MN 2 blocks from Bryant lake. We have a walking trail that leads right to Bryant Lake beach and disk golf course from our front yard. Close to everything!
There are 3 guys currently living here. We enjoy doing our own thing but also love getting the entire house to go play pickle ball together!
The bedrooms available are both with a closet.
Rent is $/month and that includes utilities, wifi, & toilet paper.
Community spaces include a large living room, kitchen, laundry room, and a yard with a fire pit. Theres also a creek! Wildlife.
