My name is CC (pictured on the right), and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a furnished bedroom w/ a private sunroom on the delmar loop! Comes with a full-size bed and frame, desk & chair, storage shelves, private roomy closet, mirror and shared kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and cookware. I love to eat breakfast and drink coffee on the fire escape balcony. Private off-street parking and seconds away from the washu shuttle bus and public transit. My current roommates are washu & slu students and are very considerate. Private landlady is responsive and lives close by. Coin Laundry is in the basement. Tenants split electric, gas, spectrum wifi, toilet paper, paper towels, and other household cleaning. Utilities fluctuate from $ a month, depending on weather. There is plenty of natural light and windows. I am looking to show the apartment and find a subletter so I can move into a place with a close friend by Tower Grove Park on October 1st 🤗
