Looking to maintain a professional environment that can also be fun at sometimes. The house is less than a mile away from West Chester University and one block away from Gay street. Perfect place for someone working in the borough.

Rent includes ALL household utilities including cable and internet are all included in your rent so total or depending on room.

Must have first month, last month and security deposit prior to moving in date, have 3 references. total prior to move in date.
