Hello, my name is Kaitlyn, I am years old and I recently just moved from New York to Pembroke Pines. Me and my boyfriend () are looking for a roommate with a budget of at least $.
We currently have an apartment in City Center on 7th. Two bed rooms and two baths. The apartment is very spacious and modern. It has a walk in closet in both rooms, washer/dryer and a balcony. The community is beautiful and equipped with a gym, two pools, play grounds and common area.
