There is also a private garage available for rent too, so if you're into cars, need a workshop space, etc this could be a great fit.
Move in date and lease term can be flexible and price can be determined on if you want the whole basement, garage, or just a bedroom.
Ideally I am looking for people to rent the basement which has its own brand new bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a large living room area.
This space is perfect for a couple, someone who works from home and needs an office, someone needing a studio or workshop space, or even just a single bedroom rental.

- Fenced-in yard and pet-friendly (I have 2 small, older dogs, so they'd need to get along!)

I am a year old female who works from home, so I'm around during the day, but l love to get out on weekends to the mountains, catching a show at Red Rocks, or going for a hike. I'm a clean person who enjoys cooking and gardening, and I'm all about creating a communal home while respecting privacy.
