I am the owner, an American 🇺🇸 disabled military veteran whom is easy going, retired from the Federal Government with thirty three years of service whom is renting to non-drug use, non-smoking and non-drinking professionals only.


The house is very large, 4 levels which features various security measures in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch (GVR) upscale community near the Denver International Airport.

As a minimum we would prefer someone
mature and responsible, thirty ish or older, with professional work experience only.
Photos of you solo without facial distractions.

The 2 bedroom unfurnished basement apartment that is currently available.
We have 3 cats, although we have cats we are not accepting any renters with any pets.

We also have 6 backyard chickens 🐓 that provide us eggs.

Where do you work and your monthly income? (pay stubs required)

Normally your monthly income should equal 4X or more the rent of two thousand dollars.

If you ask to see or show up at the property unannounced without providing your additional info and ad posted photos, pay stubs, drivers license and any other requirements in advance, you will not get a response and be denied.

A background check will be required.
