LEASE TAKE OVER

Hi looking for a female to take over my lease. Starting October -April . Your half of the rent will be $ plus splitting bills like Gas/Cox/Electric.

I don’t know the square feet of the bedroom but I can fit my queen size bed in there if that helps with any measurements, has a walk in closet and you will have your personal bathroom. The living room and kitchen are furnished except the bedroom/ bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Apartment complex has a swimming pool right outside your door step
Pets are allowed but that is something you will have to discuss with landlord and the tenant that lives there. No smoking allowed. There is a covered parking spot but that is also something you will have to discuss with the tenant as well.
Please be respectful and mindful of the shared space.

You’re also in the Arcadia area you’re surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and minutes away from Scottsdale and downtown. Very safe place, never had any issues.
