roommate wanted in kokomo!

**will post pics soon** room for rent, $ish for utilities (gas, electric, internet.) cats + small animals allowed, dogs up for consideration, i already have 2 cats of my own. bathroom is shared and is only a standing shower, no tub. the neighborhood is super quiet, there will be a random weekend with a party every now and then lol. i’m a homebody but find myself out of the house a lot, and i’ll be going to school next year so i’ll be pretty busy. i do play bass but i don’t like to practice super loud especially if someone’s home 😭😂 no washer and dryer but there are hookups available. also laundry room on already have all furniture for common areas, but could work around moving other things in
