My husband and I are looking for a male roommate in Englewood. The room will be available on September th bedroom 3 bathroom house. The room is ft and has a closet. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you prefer. You would share a bathroom. The house is located by a park with trails for running, walking your dog, and exercising easily. There is tons of space out back! It is just minutes from Denver Tech Center and Cherry Creek Dog Park. Updated kitchen, 2 car garage, basement, ceiling fans in every room, central AC, huge deck w/ grill and patio furniture overlooking fenced in yard and green way with access to Cherry Creek Trail. King Soopers and Costco are about 6 min away along with other shops and restaurants.

Flexible lease terms: month is $ month is $ month is $/month. Furnished room would be + $/ a month and include a bed, dresser, and desk. I am in my late-twenties and currently finishing my master’s degree. My husband is in his thirties and is a mechanical engineer. We both work full time.

We have one dog - German shepherd mix. She is friendly and well behaved. She gets along with other dogs and people easily. We also have an outside cat who occasionally comes inside. He is friendly with dogs and people and spends majority of the time outside.
