Room for rent

Hey I’m Jonathan. I own a home in Cape Coral right off del prado between veterans and Cape Coral parkway. I also live in the house and am only looking to rent out 1 room as both are currently filled but one roommate is moving to Colorado. Currently everyone in the house is in their late s although age isn’t a huge factor as much as mutual respect. This is a cannabis friendly home however we’re not a hotboxing house. I’m a mechanic and work normal hours during the week. The other tenant works from home sun-Thursday. We don’t have to be dead silent during those hours but common decency is a must. Ideally looking for a female tenant as you’d be sharing a bathroom with the other current tenant who is female. Should she move out before this room is filled then male or female won’t matter. We share all common spaces and while we’re not clean freaks it is necessary to maintain reasonable cleanliness (ex. dishes can sit out over night but not the entire following day). Friends/guests are welcome over so long as they’re respectful as well. Overnight guests aren’t an issue either so long as it’s not an every night thing and they respect everyone else in the home. We all get along well together, frequently go out together and are actively involved in each other’s lives aside from just being roommates. This is obviously not a requirement but would be a nice dynamic to continue. We are a pet friendly home however pets need to be approved and introduced to the current dog living here to ensure all the animals will get along without constant supervision
