We are seeking a roommate to take over the room of our close friend who is moving out to pursue their dream job. Our home is conveniently located just south of the CSU campus, right in the heart of Fort Collins, with friendly and quiet neighbors.
CSU main Campus: minutes by bike
Old Town: minutes by bike
Trader Joe's: 5 minutes by bike
The room is completely private and will have your own bathroom. You'll be the only one on the ground floor, so you'll have plenty of privacy if you want it!
About us: We’re all in our mid-s, either full-time grad students or early professionals. We are active, maintain a clean home, and enjoy home-cooked family dinners together each week.
We’re looking for someone who is either a young professional or student. Ideally, we are looking to make a close friend out of this, too. Although we love furry friends, this is an animal-free home.
House is fully furnished, not including the room for rent. It will be completely empty to make your own.
