Hello! I have a large bedroom and private full bathroom available in my recently renovated apartment in Center City. It’s a spacious unit on 2 floors - common space including a huge patio and your bathroom are on the first floor, bedrooms are downstairs. I’ll upload pics from after I moved in soon. You would have a private entrance, a large walk in closet, and a small storage space inside your bedroom. Utilities are a flat rate. Must be okay with dogs in the home, but my Pittie wouldn’t be in your room. There’s a building-shared laundry room that you can easily access from your bedroom and a laundromat just around the corner. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and one of the safest I’ve seen in Philly. Tons of cute shops, cafes & restaurants nearby. Two grocery stores and a hardware store within 2 blocks. Several sizable parks are just a few blocks away like Washington Square, Seger Park, and Palumbo Recreation Center park. Ideally you: are female, have a good credit score & can provide history of timely bill payments, have an income of at least 3x the rent, are a working professional or graduate student, are clean & tidy, don’t have pets, don’t smoke, and don’t have much stuff since there’s limited extra space in the common areas.
