The room available is in the basement at the front of the home. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill attached to another her basement bedroom. The office is right above your bedrooms so no having to hear loud footsteps at night! There is plenty of light and space if the office as well as a shared craft closet. There is an older dog living here who is super friendly, however, the 2 girls staying are not looking at add any animals to the home (potential to accept small animals). The house would be signing a new lease with you that would likely be months. The landlord is nice and likes us as tenants. You are walking distance from Wash Park, South Gaylord and Bonnie Brae. You are also less than 2 miles away from 3 Whole Foods, a Safeway and Krogers. Great location and better roommates! You would live with 2 girls, ages who do not work from home. They are active and very friendly. We love hosting weekly dinners with a dew friends and I’m sure would love to bring you into the tradition. I have personally known one roommate since I was 5 and the other roommate was a wonderful find :). Hoping I can leave them in good hands with someone great!
